These people don't have any other reason to continue this massacre every year other than to "celebrate" their becoming of a man, or an adult. Thousands of them gather at the shores to watch this holocaust of innocent marine wildlife.

Thousands of these beautiful mammals are tortured- they don't die instantly. they get sliced open with metal hooks until they die in their own blood.

Isn't Denmark, a part of the European Union, supposed to be CIVILIZED? then, what is this primitive barbarianism that's happening there?
i'd understand hunting for food, but the sheer number of the dolphin carcasses left to rot after the meat has been harvested is enough evidence to say that they kill more than needed. With the abundance of food readily available, must these creatures slaughter thousands of innocent animals for their fattening?
